Once you have found the product you want, press “add to cart” to add this item to your cart. You may adjust the quantity before adding to your cart. You now have the choice to either continue shopping or proceed to your cart. Items in your cart will remain in your cart until you are ready to complete your order. Alternatively, you can add an item to your “Wishlist” should you not wish to order the item yet but would like to keep track of it and quickly revisit its page later.
Once you have added all of your items to your cart, you can access your cart at the top of the site. From here, you can adjust your cart and apply any discount codes before proceeding with paying for your order.
PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
We accept payment with MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and Visa Debit, and you must provide your credit or debit card details at the time of placing your order. You must pay for the products before we dispatch them. The price of the product (which includes VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct.
If you do not pay us for the products when you are supposed to (for example, your payment is declined by your credit card provider or your bank), we may suspend supply of the products until you have paid us the outstanding amounts. We will contact you to tell you we are suspending supply of the products. As well as suspending the products we can also charge you interest on your overdue payments.
From time to time, we may issue multi-buy offers, for example, ‘buy one get one free’ or ‘buy three products and get the lowest priced product for half-price’. Multi-buy offers cannot be used on permanently-reduced products, sale products or brand concession products. When we issue a multi-buy offer, we reserve the right to apply additional terms and conditions to the use of that offer which we will make clear to you at the time. We also reserve the right to withdraw or amend an offer at any time without giving you prior notice.
If you chose to create an account on our site when you submitted your order (or were logged in to an account you already created when you submitted your order), you can find your order on your account by clicking “My Account” at the top of the page. From here, you can see your Recent Orders, and on the left you can click “My Orders” to view all of your orders.
From here, you are able to see the status of your orders as well as the option to repeat your order.Updating Account InformationIf you have created an account on our website, you can update your information by logging in to the site and going to “My Account”.
On the left, you will see an option called Account Information. This option allows you to update your prefix, first and last name, e-mail address and password. You will also see Address book which will allow you to update or remove your shipping and billing address information.
